#15 Launch backup

Have a drop-down thingy beside each of the "launch stars" buttons containing all the backup years (and "current"(default) ) Hae the client launch that year's backup when the launch client button is pressed.

This will be a whole lot easier if the year-directory backups structure of -704014 Create full backup of all files- is implemented first
