No

I have a new install of 2.3.1 on Windows 10 and probably 75% of the time when I try to add a new character AutoHARP crashes on the last step. It seems to happen when I'm adding a second skill rank to Endurance during the adolescent development. I've attached a screenshot of the error.

It just happened again, this time it was on the first skill screen when I tried to add two points to Thrown Projectile. It may be because I clicked on the up arrow twice in quick succession.

I'm having a difficult time recreating this bug. Do you have an exact set of reproduction steps? Race? Culture? Profession? I have tried to click the ranks very fast as well. This still goes through. There must be something else going on here. Harp Fantasy? Harp Sci Fi? I've tried both genres and both seem to produce a new character sheet for me.

I am also using AH 2.3.1 and Windows 10.

    Cheers,

I've only tried it in Harp Fantasy. It's happened in the following scenarios:

    • Gnome/Human, Nomad, Male, Middle Class, Harper
    • Elf/Human, Nomad, Male, Middle Class, Harper
    • Dwarf/Human, Nomad, Male, Middle Class, Harper
    • Halfling/Human, Nomad, Male, Middle Class, Harper
    • Human, Nomad, Female, Middle Class, Harper
    • Human, Aerial, Male, Middle Class, Thaumaturge

It usually seems to happen when I'm allocating the last point or two in either the Adolscent phase or Profession phase. It doesn't seem to happen when I type the numbers, just when I use the up & down arrows.

I just had another crash while creating the "Human, Nomad, Female, Middle Class, Harper" character. I had spent the very last point (a rank in Endurance), click in the empty white space beneath the skills, and it promptly crash with the same error message.

Okay. I see it now. This crash is happening because you are clicking on the white space beneath the skills. Unfortunatley you need to be very careful not to click there. Right now the best I can give you is to be careful about where you are clicking during character creation.
