[Autogen-users] release signature

Hello,

autogen releases up to 5.8.14 were signed by
44A088E295C3A722C450590EC9EF76DEB74EE762, 5.8.16 is signed with
3EEE51D1355B8EC40D9F3122495143D05D0712D1. The latter (newer) key is not
signed by the older one. Could you please do this, and perhaps
verify/announce that there was a key transition?
