[Autogen-users] disable local linking of libopts . . .

Hi Bruce (et. al),

We use AutoOpts for a project, and we bundle the library for linking.

My question is this:  how do we configure such that a local libopt library isn't used -- we only want to link to the bundled version we provide.  We're having problems with older versions popping up.
