Can you allow the use of this plugin for all file formats using the extension .* ?
Do you want this feature because you would like to auto-convert the EOL format of already existing files when opening them? If you ask because of new files, you can configure Notepad++ to use always a certain EOL format under (menu) Settings -> Preferences -> Format (line ending).
Actually, it would be nice to merge those 2 plugins.
I thought about it too. But currently I don't do it because of the changes in Notepad++ regarding plugin hosting and deployment (Plugin Manager plugin is getting replaced with internal Plugin Admin which brings a lot of problems). But it is an option for the future.
Do you use my AutoCodepage plugin too? If yes, I would like to know if you use the option to check a programming language in conjunction with the file extension - I'm thinking about to remove the "Expected language" combobox.
