#4 intraday backups

For some solutions it's desirable to backup throughout the day. It would be nice if there was some ability to take snapshots periodically throughout the day, possibly at an interval, such as every x minutes or n times a day. Files could be replaced daily.

I would also like to see this implemented.
An hourly backups option (or interval) is a must I believe

Ok, I might try to put this in but this will be disabled by default.
May be after the configuration clean up. trying to come up with better way of configuration checks so we can use the config files in a better way
