We are currently using the sink tool autoaccept-sink-
0.5.0.4.
We are having trouble with the conference rooms
properly updating free busy data for once a meeting has
been accepted. It can be up to as much as 4 hours later
before the correct free/busy info is displayed.
Would migrating to the latest version resolve this issue?

Do you separate Public folder and mailbox servers? If so,
Check which Public folder server the mailbox server with the
rooms is using and compare that to the Public folder server
the client machine is using. If the times still take four hours
to update check your Public folder replication times.
If they are on the same machine you need to be checking
your Exchange environment for the root of your issues.
