[Autoaccept-sink-devel] incoperation of Voice recognition

I have found this wonderful voice recognition software.
http://cmusphinx.sourceforge.net/. Based on the Carnegie Mellon University
demo of conference room scheduling. I would like to incorporate this in my
environment. I have not looked into this fully yet but I immediately see
some road blocks using Exchange as the server. I can make the system send an
email to a mailbox but I guess what I need to understand is how will I know
if the room is available? Does anyone have any direction on this?
