Thank you for the response.  I could not figure out the permissions, so
I deleted the autoacceptsink user account that was moved to the new
server.  I created a new one on the new server.  Doing that and setting
the permissions (the same way) worked.  I guess something got hosed
while moving the calendar, conference, and autoacceptsink mailboxes.
