Hard to tell from the information provided, but I'm pretty sure it
really doesn't have anything to do with the AutoAccept sink (except that
it autorespond,) more likely something about the exchange configuration
or routing or addressing.  The Subject indicates that the message  sent
to the AA mailbox was a plain text message and not a meeting request,
since that's the subject line the AA responds with in that case.  The
NDR itself is because the message is trying to get to
pos...@in... <mailto:pos...@in...>
which apparently is not a valid address in your organization.

I'd guess that the message was sent from that postmaster address (or at
least tagged with it), AA responded, but the message couldn't get there,
so it NDR'd back to the AA mailbox, AA responded again and on and on.
I'd further guess that the mailbox you were using was probably that
postmaster mailbox and exchange is configured to dump a copy of all
NDR's there.

Did you have "Record Transactions ...." turned on in the configuration?
If so the messages there may give a clue.
If you create a profile for the mailbox, can you mail to the postmaster
address?

I have just downloaded and installed the autoaccept software.  We have
exchange 2003/outlook mixed.

I sent an email to the auto accepted mailbox, it replied back ok.
However once I did that my inbox was flooded with NDR's below....

The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was

It kept on sending them until I un-installed the configuration.  Hope
you can help.
