Announcement: Initial release of PHPAuthPg version 0.1

From the distributions README:

PHPAuthPg is a set of PHP scripts used to maintain control access
to mod_auth_pg enabled Apache web servers.
It maintains users, passwds, domains, and directories in a PostgreSQL
database for resources that .htacces is configured to allow access to.
