#10 Fails to compile w/ apache 2.4

The symbol remote_ip prevents compilation. Without knowing if this is correct, I replaced it with client_ip to get over that.

Then ap_requires (which is documented as being eliminated, without a suggested migration solution) prevents loading the module.

So, what now?

It's a shame this useful module seems to have been abandoned. Luckily others are helping, alas elsewhere:

1.0.2-8 contains a patch for Apache 2.4.
