#41 Operserv Ignore

When using the Operserv Ignore Feature with the
WIndows Build (2.8.1), we're discovering a few bugs.
When wildcarding the nick (nick!*@*) we received a
segmentation fault, and the services crashed.
When setting the ignore with a hostmask (i.e. ignore
ADD nick!*@*.mask), services instead set the ignore on
nick!**.mask. It totally lost the @.
Now, this isn't a big deal, because we just set a shun on
the user in this case... but it might be something to
watch for in the next version.
