We're running 2.8last beta (beta 4) and Unreal 3.1.x,
had two seg faults so far, the first we got when a user
came on our server then logged off almost immediately
(within 20 seconds).

When this other fault happened it looks like the user
(nyssa) tried to do a /cs clear on a channel she's not got
ops on, not sure why and we've tried to reproduce the
fault to no avail.
