I just made an xsl to create the chm TOC.
(now i can create my CHM easily with auriga :D)

Hi,
With the release of version 1.2b AurigaDoc can chm toc ,
projects file and if you have installed Microsoft HTML help
Workshop and properly configured AurigaDoc, it will generate
the compiled chm file as well.

AurigaDoc has in built support for this now.
