Patch against CVS version. Adds gameport support for Aureal Vortex 1 and 2.
Support for Aureal Advantage is unknown, because i have no idea how it works, and i don't own one to do some experiments.

I discovered a bug in the meantime: The Midi Uart won't work anymore. But now i'm too busy with the savannah openvortex driver :).
