#45 Disable aureal midi to solve conflict
I have a hardware ISA midi card that works fine until
the aureal driver is loaded, then ceases to work, and
doesn't even work anymore after the aureal driver is
unloaded, until the system is rebooted. Very
annoying. Here is a patch that disables the midi
support entirely (as far as I can tell) in the aureal
driver until this bug is fixed.

I forgot to mention, the system will need to be rebooted
entirely with the newly compiled driver. Removing and
reloading the driver is not good enough.
