#4 Context Menus

It would be nice to have context menus (popup menus). These would be based on JMenu as well and we should have a consistent key for triggering context menus. We should figure out if screen readers already have a key for this. They should also be bound to right click.

Done:
ContextMenu can be added as a child of any component.
When triggered the ContextMenu should pop up a pop-up menu giving choices.
The ContextMenu CodeBehind should be the same as the component's CodeBehind (up for debate)
