#11 Need events

Need some sort of event model. Events could be triggered by button presses or key presses. Event triggers would be described in the presentation layer. There would be a number of ways to consume events.

A command could be registered to an event
A code behind could have an @OnEvent annotation
Some components could be pre-wired to listen for certain events
