Hi Linda I have attached 5 patch files that are related to changes needed for PowerPC. Three of them are related to the page size difference between PowerPC and Intel and the affect it has on the tmpfs mount. One is due to the fact that newfstatat is not an identified syscall for PowerPC qnd fstatat has to be used instead, and one is due to the fact that the relro.c program in the misc bucket on Intel apparently returns a code of 0 by default but does not on PowerPC. I have tested these changes on an Intel machine as well to assure no harm done. My signed off by line is in each of the patch files. Jim |
