#11 some of the network tests get errors

When running the network tests in lspp mode, all of the connect tests will get errors when the test can't connect to the test server.
Also, the success cases for the sendmsg and sendto with ipv4 ipsec get errors. I get the same results when selinux is in permissive
mode so I assume its a test server/test client problem.
