The problem is the .NET Framework 4.5, which is not available on Windows XP. Also Windows setup only says it requires .NET Framework 4.0, which is not correct.
What was the last version of AudioCueSheetEditor not using .Net Framework v4.5? (up to v4 is compatible with WindowsXP).
Windows XP is out of support and therefor we don't support it also. .NET 4.5 is needed for this application.
