#11 Audiere trunk build fix

Hello Developers!

I checked out from trunk (r703) but was not able to build on my linux machine,
because of compile error in test/buffer/main.cpp

Also I noticed that Audiere builds without portaudio support.
The problem is inside src/Makefile.am

Patch is attached.

I hope you guys fix this! Or if you want you can give me access to repository
and I will do it on my own.
