I suspect that most of those users want to print out the Manual (and good
luck to them
with 565 pages - maybe we should buy shares in paper and ink).

For those that don't print it out I struggle to see the benefit of a PDF
Manual (even with
working hyperlinks) over the installed HTML manual that s=comes with most
of our
downloads - but maybe I'm missing something.
