Good work James. This is the best looking pdf version that I've seen to date. The absence of clickable image links is possibly the main shortcoming at the moment, but I'm sure that you'll overcome that :-) I can't imagine many users reading this cover to cover, but we do regularly see requests for a PDF version, and the "side pane" index is very handy.
