I think this is related to earlier discussion regarding the behaviour of unaligned channels in stereo tracks, but is distinctly different. Steps to reproduce: It is not important what the sounds are, but it will be most clear if the sounds look and sound distinctly different. 1) Add New > Audio Track (mono) 2) Generate a sound starting at 2 seconds and ending at 3 seconds. 3) Generate another sound starting at 7 seconds and ending at 8 seconds. 4) Add New > Audio Track (mono) 5) Generate another sound starting at 9 seconds and ending at 10 seconds on track 2 6) Make the two tracks into a stereo track. 7) Generate another sound starting at 5 seconds and ending at 6 seconds 8) Press "K" to go to the end of the track 9) Generate another sound (at the end of the track) There is now a split line between the last sound generated and the clip in the right channel that is immediately before it. 10) Click on the split line to join the split. The stereo sound between 5 and 6 seconds should not do that. Steve |
