I'm using TortoiseSVN and their docs say: "Currently, only patch files in Unified Diff Format are supported. And only files which were generated from a Subversion working copy. Other formats like patch files generated by CVS are currently not supported!" Your patch is --git, so could you generate it from SVN and re-post? Otherwise, I'll have to manually make the changes.
