With linking off, none of these effects operate on labels even with the label track selected. So to maintain consistency, we should probably let the reverse behaviour be as is for now. (i.e. it will reverse labels only when linking is on) Of course, we can try to make sure that such effects operate on labels when the label track is selected and linking is off. But considering our aim to release 2.0 by december, I feel that we can spend more time looking at existing P2's. If this is agreed upon, we can make a note of this and work on it post-2.0.
