I've committed a fix for the problem as-stated but the other ToolBars are still not working properly - the tool-tip text does not immediately update to the new language. I can't figure out why the method I used won't work on the other ToolBars. gAudacityProjects[j]->GetSelectionBar()->ToolBar::ReCreateButtons(); works gAudacityProjects[j]->GetEditToolBar()->ToolBar::ReCreateButtons(); won't compile and gives the message 3>..\src\prefs\GUIPrefs.cpp(194) : error C2027: use of undefined type 'EditToolBar' 3> c:\audacity\audacity\src\prefs\../Project.h(57) : see declaration of 'EditToolBar' 3>..\src\prefs\GUIPrefs.cpp(194) : error C2227: left of '->ReCreateButtons' must point to class/struct/union/generic type Anybody got any ideas? Martyn PS I'm not sure I've pushed this down the priority list Gale Andrews wrote: > I've just noticed that the ability to change language without restarting > isn't fully implemented.
