HI, Thank you. I don't mind wheather sim or seq. I think My problem is on the extract. In case using seq, (setf s0 (aref s 0)) (setf s1 (aref s 1)) (setf a0 (extract-abs 0 0.5 (cue s0))) (setf a1 (extract-abs 1.0 2.0 (cue s0))) (seq (cue a0) (cue a1)) I tried this script, I expect the result should be 0-0.5ms followed by 1.0-2.0ms of original audio, so the results duration is 0.5+1.0=3D1.5ms. But the answer from audacity is 0-0.5ms followed by 1.0-last of original audio. I confirm to return audacity audio a1 also, and the result is 1.0-2.0ms of original audio. But the result of seq have unnecessary tail of original audio. I cannot understand the reason. 2007/8/16, David R.
