Have problems with some strings. Can you explain these strings and tell me
where I can read these i 1.3.13:
1. Smooth time
2. Line time
3. Audio host
Is there a place i Forum for these new functions, instead of me posting my
questions to every translator?

You can only see this if you compile Audacity with
EXPERIMENTAL_SCOREALIGN defined. These commands are about
aligning MIDI to audio. I don't know how exactly to describe them
but I have Cc'd to Roger who wrote this feature. Would it be an idea
to have i18n hints for some of these, Roger?

You can see this in Devices Preferences or Device Toolbar. The Audio
Host is the interface with which Audacity communicates with the
chosen playback and recording devices (ALSA or OSS on Linux,
MME or Windows DirectSound on Windows, CoreAudio on Mac).
