Bulgarian translation is almost at 100% but I have stalled at the last message. :)

Please advise what is the context/intended meaning of this fragment.
Thanks in advance,

Good question. It's a string used as a name for screen readers when the
accessibility support is out of sync and it can't find what the object
is supposed to be called. In this context Accessible is being used
(abused) as a generic noun for the object that goes with a track object
and provides various accessibility features for it. These objects should
be matched to the tracks that exist, but there is always the potential
for that not to work, in which case we use this text when the name of
the track is requested and we can't find the actual track to get the
So it's very nearly a debug string that shouldn't be translated, but as
it could get read to the users, I might agree it should be translated to
avoid the screen reader suddenly switching languages.
I'll poke the offending developer and see if I can get them to put a
better internationalisation hint into the code and let you know, but it
certainly isn't the end of the world if the translation isn't perfect,
because it shouldn't ever be used.
