I see the problem with selections. In Nyquist, a sample is assumed to =
at the starting time of a sound, e.g. in the default case there is a =
at time =3D 0.0. If two sounds are not time-aligned, Nyquist is allowed =
shift any sound up to 1/2 sample period to avoid interpolation. If there =
not already a document describing exactly how the Audacity-Nyquist =
works in terms of times and samples, that's where we should start. =
