Not quite yet.
If you want to find the tempo of a song, why not try some of the tap-tempo
programs out there ?
Head over to http://www.analogx.com for a Windows program that lets you tap the space
bar for example in time with the tune your listening to. The program will
display the temp of this.
Or cut a loopable four bar piece from your tune, download the demo of Acid from
ftp://files2.sonicfoundry.com (>10MB!!), install it, then throw that piece in to
Acid, and check the information on the piece(Acid lets set the project tempo to
that of a loop).
The taptempo is a good aproximation if you want to remix stuff though. Hardly
anyone goes for weird tempos like 123.239 bpm or something.
