But,I'm in a trouble. I want to remove noise , but wave file doesn't
sounded. So, I can't edit.
Do you have a resolution to a problem? My pc's OS is windows XP.

You have to select all or part of track to edit it with an effect. Is that what you
mean? If you mean you have no sound when you play back, try the following
Open Preferences > Audio I/O tab and check that the Playback
and recording devices are explicitly set to your soundcard, not to any mapped
device which may be showing. Similarly if you have multiple sound devices (e.g. built
in sound and an external USB adaptor) then you need to choose the one you want to use
in the Audio I/O tab. Make sure in Windows control panel that you are not forcing the
use of a default device and then choosing some other device in Audacity.
Are you using the latest soundcard drivers from your manfacturer? Don't use Windows
Do you use Windows Service Pack 2? If so try running Audacity in Compatibility mode.
Right click on Auacity.exe > Properties > Compatibilty tab > check box to enable
compatibility with Windows 2000.
