Some dialogs resize when you change the format of a TimeTextCtrl, e.g.,
Tone Generator, and if the TimeTextCtrl would extend past the right
edge, the dialog grows to accommodate.
But the dialog doesn't grow if the ctrl grows right to the edge, but
that looks bad, as per attached. If you give it a format that grows the
dialog and then go back to the style that crammed the right edge, it
shrinks it, but gives it a margin. Is this in our code or wxWindow::Fit()?
Also, it's bugged me for a while that the characters in the TimeTextCtrl
are crammed against the edges, e.g. in this screenshot, the 's' is
crammed against the menu button... I realize these can get wide, but
another pixel or two would make them more readable, imo.
