This is the last in my queue. It allows to compile audacity against the
system version of portaudio instead of the local one. This patch depends
on portmixer-include-directory.patch (which I sent earlier to the list).
If you run "./configure --with-portaudio=local", everything works as
before. If you run "./configure --with-portaudio=system", audacity is
built against the system portaudio. configure will check if the system
portaudio has the patch for portmixer applied. You need at least version
19+svn20101113-3 of the Debian portaudio19 package if you want to
compile against it.
