By the way, what is the "\r" all about.   Unless I understand it correctly, it may not be easy to find a work around.   Can anyone help me?

Thanks Oliver and Thomas for your advise.

My problem is whether I can ignore the error message as Thomas said and whether I can delete "\r" as Oliver said.   I am afraid that those work arounds may lose the integrity of the po file.  Any advise?

I'm working on Win7 64-bit with the portable version of PoEdit. I have the same error, but when i click "ok", it's gone. It's been there for a while, but it doesn't really bother me.
