Gale,

After reading your suggestion, I looked into and compared recent po and pot files.
What I found is that pot file dated 2010/10/30 was corrupted.   I am not sure if the file
was already corrupted when it was posetd on the Audacity web site, or it was broken
by some reason when I downloaded to my PC.   Anyway, the POT file I used for translation
was incomplete.

Now, I found the new POT file dated 2010/11/3 on the Audacity Web, which looks OK.

Which version of PO file should I update using the new POT, r10533 (July version)
or r10774 (the latest on the google code repositry)?

Please advise, so that I will try again to make the perfect one.

Best regards.

I don't know what happened, but what was committed last time can't
be repaired because almost every string had changed when it should
not have done.

So I went back to the commit before last (r10533), updated it to the
latest .pot which gave me the new strings in the FAQ, then pasted
your changes to those strings into r10533 and committed that
(attached). You can see it online now.

I'd suggest you look at the strings that changed in the FAQ:
http://tinyurl.com/37wgps6

and check them against the translation in the attached. If anything
needs to be changed, work from that attached file.

Thanks

Gale
