From the lack of further responses I judge that there is no appetite to
change the "Quick Help" in Audacity 2.0.x to "Getting Started".
Accordingly I have implemented Gale's suggestion re. the use of
"DISPLAYTITLE"  on the Manual's "Getting Started" page as this at least
keeps the manualself-consistent
I added to the intro note "quick help" text so that readers who land
on that page from the Audacity program will not be entirely confused

Just to point out (as I did in the -manual list thread) - we don't
need to rename the sidebar in the Manual back to Quick Help if
there is no support for renaming the item in Audacity's Help Menu.

Just use {{DISPLAYTITLE}} on:

so that the page title displays as "Getting Started" while the
URL remains the same.

This means that if we rename the Audacity menu item we have
the choice of leaving the target URL at:

(as now) or changing it to:

and moving the Quick Help page there.

I think it's fine to leave the URL as now as it to save extra work
but I do prefer renaming the menu.

"Getting Started" was the headline for the "Welcome Message"
when it used to contain what is now the "Quick Help" content in
the Manual.
