This is a tarball of where I'm at with my rewrite of
AUC in PHP. It is NOT USABLE, so don't get your hopes
up. I'm looking for additional coders. I will post an
announcement to the devel mailing list in a moment.

At the moment I'm putting it here under patches, until
I can obtain developer privilege from David Moore.
