#34 Home Directory - Quota Seperation

AUC Usergroups have requirements for different home
directory quota. EG: Teachers and staff who have many
drop boxes are reaching the quota limit already.

So, a new feature would be to have different quota
settings for each user role group.

(Currently I have mod the source to give staff group an
different quota. This can only be done for non-shell
accounts as it is Linux OS limitation. AUC-DB accounts
are no problems to modify).
