#29 Bulk user add instructions are confusing

The instructions for adding users in bulk are confusing
in some places, often resulting in the bulk addition to
goof-up sometimes. Ideally, a graphical tool could be
added to AUC to solve this problem. In the meantime,
cleaning up the instructions would probably do.
