Tulip 5.2.0 OS X

When importing a csv file, we can no longer filter out columns (to avoid importing the data) by unchecking columns. The only column that can be checked/unchecked is the first one. I remember (and I have used) this feature was in all previous versions (of the csv import wizard).

It seems that there is only a MacOS X specific glitch which prevents the drawing of the check box on column header for columns after the first one. But a column can always be selected/unselected by clicking in the column header. Can you confirm that ?

A MacOS X specific workaround has been added (github commit e5af090) to ensure that the check box allowing to select/deselect a column is always drawn in the corresponding header section.
