#822 tulip-4.8.1 tarball has wrong content

Extracting tulip-4.8.1_src.tar.gz as downloaded from sourceforge reveals

SET(TulipMajorVersion 4)
SET(TulipMinorVersion 8)
SET(TulipReleaseVersion 0)

The tarball does not reflect the tulip_4_8_1 tag !

Both the tarball and zip archive were old backup of the svn code line ???
The correct tarball and zip archive of the Tulip 4.8.1 source code are now online.
