#8 TimeZone day savelight ignoring at Sony Clie PEG-N760C

When viewing program on Sony Clie PEG-N760C
alltv program ignoring "Day savelight" parameter in
Preferences.

So, for example if i have GMT+3 (Moscow) TZ and
Savelight parameter switched ON (it's actually equal
GMT+4) - alltv thinking that it is GMT+3 and shows
programs 1 hour less than real time.

And for correct timing in TV prigrams i must set up
GMT+4 TZ in PalmOS Preferences.
