On the Handspring Visor Deluxe (Palm OS 3.1H3) fatal
exception.

On the Palm OS 4.1 emulator OK. On the emulator on
the Palm OS 3.1 ROM dispalyed debug error message:

"TV Guide (2.0) called Palm OS routine #0xA3D8
(FrmSetGadgetHandler). This routine does not exist in
this version of the Palm OS"
