#11 doesn't appear to work with Eclipse 2.1.2

I downloaded the SDK for Eclispe 2.1.2 and then all the
Attrezzo per Xindice add-ins. The Attrezzo plugin does
not appear to be recognised at all by Eclipse. There is
no Attrezzo perspective offered in the perspective list.
When Eclispe starts, after Attrezzo has been copied into
the eclipse directory, eclipse does not prompt for its
acceptance into the configuration. There appears no
information on the Attrezzo site as to the version of
Eclipse supported. This is a little lax as it is information
the user would need to know to ensure they do not
have these problems.
