#2 Spanish translation

I'm submitting the Spanish translation of the attachmentreminder.dtd
I don't quite understand how regular expressions work yet. So no attachmentreminder.properties yet :-(
I'll try to submit it in the next few days.
By the way. I really like the extension. Keep up the good work.
