#3 Code cleanup: Warnings

There is plenty of warnings if default NetBeans warnign level is in use. There is two different task:
1) What level of warnings is good for this project?
2) Remove all warnings which are applicable and justify why some warnings are not removed and if that rule is application wide, then NetBeans project shold ignore those warnings.

This is very low priority and could be done at the same time with other bug fixes.
